Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team and providing clear images or videos along with the order details. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Any product showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

Due to the natural nature of crystals, stones, and handcrafted products, minor variations in color, shape, size, texture, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects. Such variations do not qualify for return or refund.

Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, Coszon® will process a refund or replacement, as applicable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. In case of replacement, re-shipping will be arranged after successful verification.
