1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Cancellation requests cannot be processed.
- Customers may refuse delivery (where applicable) or initiate a return after receiving the product.
- Returns will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required if payment has not been collected.
Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
4. Cancellation by COSZON LLP
COSZON LLP reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Pricing or technical errors
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Regulatory or legal restrictions
If COSZON LLP cancels an order after payment is received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
