1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Process
- Customer submits a return request via email within 7 days of delivery.
- COSZON LLP reviews the request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, return pickup instructions will be provided.
- The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
Return shipping may be arranged by COSZON LLP or coordinated with the customer depending on the case.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving valid bank details from the customer.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process must be followed after delivery.
7. Damaged Shipments
If a product arrives visibly damaged:

- Share clear photographs of the packaging and product.
- Do not discard original packaging until the issue is resolved.
